Micromax Funbook P365 voice-calling tablet listed online

NEW DELHI: Micromax has launched a new tablet, the Funbook P365, in the Indian market. Even though the device is listed on the official website, details about its availability and pricing have not been announced by the company. The model was listed on e-commerce retailer Snapdeal in January, at a price point of Rs 6,990.

The Funbook P365 tablet sports a 7-inch TFT display with resolution of 640 X 480 pixels. It features voice calling functionality and can access the internet over 2G and Wi-Fi networks, but does not support 3G connectivity. The device can transfer data via Bluetooth and microUSB.

Powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core processor and 1GB RAM, it runs Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It comes with 4GB internal storage expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The tablet features a 2MP rear camera and a 0.3MP front-facing camera, and is backed by a 2,800mAh battery.

Micromax now offers five tablets under the Funbook range and one under the CanvasTab range.
