SOS also sends mails to the emergency contacts of the commuter. It can help the cab company track the trip real time. The company has already added a feature wherein, the emergency contact of the commuter will always get a SMS to track the ride, as soon as it is booked on the app.
Not just the SOS, feature but it has also employed a company to do background verification of its drivers. Authbridge, one of the leading background verification companies have started the process of checking antecedents, criminal records and family etc of the drivers through an extensive field survey. The company is also adding a second GPS machine to all its cabs for having another layer of check on the cabs real time.
